All orders within New York State are subject to sales tax.  Please note, the sales tax may not be added to your order until you check out at Pay Pal. 

 
 
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
 
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly email and/or call you to inform you of the approximate date we expect to have it back in stock and to ship it to you. You will then have the option of changing your order or waiting for the backordered item(s).
 
 
Price Guarantee
 
If you find an idential product for a lower regular price on the internet, please let us know. We will be happy to meet or beat the price.  Simply send us an email at info@greenbabyshoppe.com with the direct link to the product on the other website you would like us to price match.  Also, include the size, color, and quantity you would like to order.  We will send you an email with the coupon code to use at checkout and you can then place an order for the items from our website.  We just have to verify that the price is the regular price and not a sale price before sending you coupon code.  There may be some times when we may not be able to meet the price but will do our best!
 
Payment Methods

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bank Cards, and Pay Pal. Please note, all payments are processed by Pay Pal via their secure network. However, you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to make your payment.  When you select your payment option during check-out it will say “Credit card or direct cash payment via Pay Pal.”  You will select this option of payment and click “continue.”  You will then be linked to Pay Pal, where you can either log in to your Pay Pal account or select to continue without a Pay Pal account and use your credit or bank card. 
 
If you would like to pay with check or money order, please contact us before placing your order.  We will not ship your items until we receive the check/money order from you and the check has cleared. 

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

We are not responsible for the delivery of your package once it has shipped. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your items at checkout in case the package is lost or stolen in transit.  Shipping insurance is not free on purchases over $75 that are shipping with our free shipping option. This can be purchased separately. Please see the shipping table below. 

 

If the customer refuses the package they ordered upon delivery and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment less a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping will not be refunded.

 

For shipping within the United States, we ship most items through the United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.  We can also ship via USPS Express, Fedex Overnight, 2Day or Home Delivery (end of day 1 business day) if you require your items faster. The pricing for international and rushed shipping is set on an individual basis. Please call or email before placing your order and we can prepare your Fedex Next Day shipping quote.  Shipping on domestic orders $75 and up is free with the standard 3-5 day shipping.  Shipping upgrades are not discounted.

We can make arrangements for local pick-up if you live in the Central New York area and prefer to save on shipping.  Please send us an email or give us a call at 315-857-3159 prior to placing your order.  We are not responsible for orders once we have delivered them to you. If you will not be home during the day, please let us know a safe place to  leave your order or we may even be able to deliver to your workplace.                       

 

We can ship internationally via Fedex or USPS. Pricing is set on an individual basis. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the different shipping options and pricing. 

 
 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us under the following guidelines.
 
  • Please email us at orders@greenbabyshoppe.com  or call 315-857-3159 to request a return. We will either email you a Return Form to complete and include with your return or will provide you with a return authorization number which you can write on a copy of your receipt and include with your return.
  •  Items must be returned within 60 days of the order for a refund or store credit. Please note, we do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 60 days and to issue the refund in the form of a store credit.  Returns after 60 days may also be charged a 10% restocking fee.  When returning items with a gift receipt, items must be returned within 120 days of purchase or 60 days after your due date if it was from your Green Baby Shoppe Gift Registry.
  • If you are returning a product you received as a gift, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.  If you are returning a product you purchased with a Green Baby Shoppe Gift Certificate, your refund will also be in the form of a store credit. Gift Certificates themselves are not returnable. 
  •  All items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that are dirty, have pet hair, or odor, etc. or have been washed (even if not worn).  If an item is returned to us not in new condition, we will return the item to you at your expense.
  • We are sorry, but for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, even if unused. These products include, but may not be limited to, menstrual pads, The DivaCup, potty seats, potty chairs.
  •  Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.  Please allow 10 days from the date your return is postmarked for your return to be processed.
  • If an item is defective, we may need to contact the manufacturer before we can process a return or exchange. Many manufacturers prefer to work directly with you for returns/exchanges when it involves defective merchandise.
We do not refund or credit original shipping and handling fees. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer unless you received the wrong item due to an error on our part.  If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please call or email us and we will correct it as soon as possible at our expense.
 
We are not responsible for the items if lost or stolen while in transit back to us.  For this reason, we recommend insuring or using delivery confirmation when you ship the package back to us. Please enclose a return form with your unwanted items.
 
Products are NOT replaced due to normal wear and tear. However, manufacturer defects, including broken or missing snaps, sewing defects, peeling lamination, etc, are defects made by the manufacturer and cause the product to be unusable.  Many manufacturers prefer to work directly with you for returns/exchanges when it involves defective merchandise. For defective merchandise from other manufacturers, please contact us at orders@greenbabyshoppe.com or 315-857-3159. We may still need to contact the manufacturer before we can process a return or exchange.
 

Exchanges

 

In order to receive new items quickly, place a new order and then return the unused, unwanted item(s) and request a refund in your original form of payment.  Or you can return the unused, unwanted item(s) and upon their receipt we will issue a store credit.  You can then place an order and apply your store credit to the purchase.  We are sorry, but we cannot offer direct exchanges due to our constantly changing inventory. 

 
 

Order Changes and Cancellations

 

If you need to change anything on your order, we would be happy to accommodate the change provided your order has not shipped.  Please email or call us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can make your modifications. 

 

Circumstances may occur where you  need to cancel your order.  If this happens, please email or call us as soon as possible after placing your order with your cancellation request, order ID number, and reason for cancellation. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Only orders that have not shipped may be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, please proceed as if returning the items.

Green Baby Shoppe Inc. respects your right to privacy, security and confidentiality of your personal and credit information.  We will not share, trade, or sell any of your personal information.  Furthermore, we are committed to protecting your privacy and security and utilize Mal’s e-commerce tools for our shopping cart and checkout. This includes a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secured server to shield transactions.  And for this reason, we use PayPal exclusively to process your payment.  PayPal is one of the safest online payment methods and we never see your credit card or bank information when they process your transaction.
